About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team at Little Mountain Aquatic Centre. As a Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children aged six months to four years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging and safe swimming lessons for young children
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and children
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve centre goals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre programs and initiatives
Requirements
  • Current Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
  • Empathy for the needs of young children and their families
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience teaching children from 6 months to 4 years of age
  • National Police Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
