Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional to join our team as a Maintenance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team of maintenance professionals and contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement a proactive maintenance strategy to ensure seamless guest experiences, including scheduled maintenance and prompt issue resolution.
  2. Cultivate effective communication with stakeholders, including General Managers, guests, and on-site contractors, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
  3. Foster close relationships with internal teams to address and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A dynamic leader with a strong background in maintenance or engineering, preferably within strata/MLR operations.
  • Strong administrative and computer skills, combined with exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
  • Confident financial management skills, including WHS legislation compliance.
  • Ability to perform emergency maintenance tasks outside regular working hours, including power outages, fire system evacuations, and mechanical system failures.
