You will oversee a small team of Technical and/or Product Consultants and contribute to the leadership group at Allocate.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Sustainment Delivery Manager, your responsibilities will include:

· Leading and managing tickets raised and escalated through the Support portal.

· Specifying, planning, developing, and testing solutions or specialized functions with a focus on enhancing, optimizing, or automating existing business and technical processes.

· Managing client expectations regarding timelines, deliverables, solution requirements, and potential risks.

· Planning, managing, and reviewing work sustainment sprints.

· Overseeing a team – including performance management, engagement, career development, and coaching.

· Acting as a MAPS and OneView expert – possessing deep technical knowledge of configuration layers and data integration points to effectively engage with clients and delegate tasks efficiently.

· Managing team skills and knowledge, identifying areas for upskilling and cross-skilling.

· Planning for contingencies and prioritizing future client events.

· Serving as an escalation point for customer communications.

· Working on assigned tickets or priority requests as needed.

Essential Skills:

· Proficiency in MAPS/OneView Product Configuration
