Job Title: Management Opportunities

Job Summary: We're seeking a talented Retail Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for creating a warm and inviting shopping environment, building strong relationships with customers, and managing store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Team: Foster a positive and supportive work environment, motivating and guiding your team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Fragrance Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our fragrances and candles, enabling you to provide personalized recommendations to customers and drive sales growth.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Engage with customers, build relationships, and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions and exceed their expectations.
  • Store Operations: Manage store inventory, restock shelves, and maintain a safe and clean store environment, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Team Development: Identify opportunities for team growth and development, providing coaching and training to help team members reach their full potential.
Requirements
  • Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during special events, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.
