About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a solid understanding of how an MSP operates, including juggling multiple clients, handling change management, and navigating different environments. You should also be familiar with the basics of VLANs, their importance in a multi-tenant setup, and how to effectively segment traffic.

When it comes to servers, you should be confident in deploying and configuring Windows Server, setting up Active Directory from scratch, managing Group Policy, and ensuring DNS and DHCP are functioning smoothly.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Escalating L3 issues related to networking, servers, and Microsoft workspace solutions.
  • Working on projects like migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and cloud deployments.
  • Managing multiple clients and adapting to diverse environments while adhering to best practices.
  • Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
