Clinical Operations Specialist Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Operations Specialist to support our clinical studies team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clinical management support to site management and monitoring personnel, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and activities.

  • Provides administrative support to site management and monitoring personnel.
  • Assists with the creation of local trial files and supports CRAs with CA and EC submissions.
  • Supports local clinical teams with document preparation and archiving.
  • Maintains open communication with site management and monitoring personnel using multiple technologies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in life sciences or healthcare-related qualifications or experience.
  • A proven track record of success in a site management and monitoring department.
  • Basic knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and applicable local regulations.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and problem-solving.
