About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team to achieve company goals.
  • Develop strategic direction for Codan's procurement function, aligning with our supply chain vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet new product development timelines.
  • Ensure goods, materials, and services are procured according to quality, delivery, and compliance requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and risk factors to adapt procurement strategies.
  • Implement procurement processes and systems to enhance transparency, speed, and accuracy.
  • Conduct market analysis for competitive pricing and supply reliability.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar.
  • Previous experience as a Procurement or Supply Chain Manager in a manufacturing company, preferably in electronics.
  • Proven experience managing, leading, and mentoring a team of procurement professionals.
  • Strong experience in delivering cost efficiencies across the procurement portfolio.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement tools, and data analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
