We're seeking a dedicated teacher to join our team as a Learning Support Teacher. This part-time role (0.8FTE) involves providing small group initiatives for students with diverse needs, working closely with teachers to support these students, and collaborating with the Learning Support team to ensure students receive the best possible care.
As a Learning Support Teacher at ACC, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing teaching programs tailored to meet the needs of students with diverse learning requirements;
- Collaborating with teachers and support staff to create inclusive and supportive learning environments;
- Providing regular progress updates to parents and guardians on student achievement and areas for improvement;
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and progress;
- Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and stay up-to-date with best practices in special education;

**Requirements**
- Evidence of the right to work in Australia;
- Recognised teaching qualification;
- Clearance status of the Working with Children Check (where applicable);
- Registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT);
- References from previous child-connected roles;
**Salary and Benefits**
The salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
