Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fashion Sales Consultant to join our team at our Mosman store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all customers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, monitoring store performance metrics and making adjustments as needed.
  • Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in completing tasks and responsibilities, maintaining accurate records and handling cash register variances.
  • Merchandising and Visuals: Maintain company merchandising standards, rotating front racks daily and conducting weekly store re-merchandising.
  • Brand Representation: Promote and represent our brands positively across Australia, contributing to company growth and opportunities for team members.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a women's retail environment.
  • Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets.
  • A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop client relationships.
