Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Leader to join our team at Only About Children in Rose Bay Village.

This leadership opportunity involves collaborating with a passionate team of educators who have exceptional relationships with children, families, and the local community.

About the Role
  • You will take on the role of 4-5 (Preschool) room leader with up to 18 children and another educator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and guiding their colleagues, collaborating with the leadership team, and contributing to the development of best practice within the centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote high-quality learning experiences for children through planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that cater to individual needs.
  • Mentor and guide colleagues to enhance their professional growth and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive the strategic direction of the centre and support the achievement of goals.
  • Document children's learning using Storypark and share programming cycles with the team.
  • Act as a mentor to inspire and guide colleagues, sharing ideas for best practice and leading critical reflection.
