Salary: $25-$30 per hour (dependent on experience)

Job Description: As an Early Childhood Educator with OSHClub, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and interactive experiences for our young learners. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement programs that promote children's curiosity, creativity, and social skills.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Australian Curriculum Framework.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Supervise children during activities, excursions, and daily routines.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of special events and activities throughout the year.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and education to young children.
  • A willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
