Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Associate to join our frontline Fuel team at our store in Tweed Heads South. As a Team Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Deliver brilliant customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Product Promotion
    • Promote products and offers to customers to drive sales and revenue growth
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to provide expert advice to customers
  • Store Operations
    • Operate point of sale systems and manage cash handling procedures
    • Monitor fuel and stock deliveries to ensure efficient inventory management
    • Maintain a clean and safe working environment to meet health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Previous Retail Experience
    • Previous retail experience is preferred to support our store team
  • Customer Service Skills
    • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Communication Skills
    • A great communicator who is solutions-focused
  • Availability
    • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
