Enterprise Strategy Lead

We are seeking an experienced industry leader to develop and implement enterprise strategies that drive business growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT transformation strategy, with expertise in analysing, disseminating and interpreting complex business models.

This role requires the ability to provide technical advice to senior executives on complex business problems, as well as people leadership, coaching, recruiting and career management skills.

The successful candidate will have operational knowledge of one or more verticals within public sector organisations, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute enterprise strategies that align with organisational objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction to large and complex programs, translating high-level strategy into operational objectives.
  • Facilitate CIO level discussions examining challenges of complex business, operations and technology.
  • Manage processes and teams, including budgets, and guide professional development of less experienced team members.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in IT and digital transformation strategy, architecture and operating models in public service or consulting to government clients.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, PhD) or equivalent.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, critical and creative thinking across highly complex business problems, thorough understanding of research and discovery techniques.
  • Operational knowledge of one or more verticals within public sector organisations, people leadership, coaching, recruiting and career management skills.
