Enterprise Architect Opportunity

White Bay seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to play a key role in shaping and delivering the technical foundations of our digital ecosystem.

  • Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-scale programs
  • Define and evolve the internal 'Digital Environment' technology framework
  • Oversee and quality-check architecture documentation and deliverables
  • Mentor architecture and engineering teams to guide capability uplift
  • Represent architectural value in client-facing presales and C-level engagements
  • Develop reusable IP, patterns, and frameworks to standardize delivery
  • Drive transformation programs aligned with strategic business objectives
  • Contribute to bids and Statements of Work (SOWs) to support business development
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership in enterprise architecture and digital transformation
  • Deep knowledge of Azure cloud architecture (minimum 5 years)
  • Experience migrating legacy systems to cloud or hybrid environments
  • Technical strength in Microsoft enterprise solutions (e.g. AD, SQL, M365, SCCM)
  • Familiarity with Azure networking, Sentinel, Defenders, and ExpressRoute
  • Skilled in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or Pragmatic EA
  • Expertise in documentation, technical writing, and standards-based delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to lead presales initiatives and create architecture roadmaps

As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of our digital environment. This includes developing and implementing enterprise-scale programs, defining and evolving the internal 'Digital Environment' technology framework, and overseeing and quality-checking architecture documentation and deliverables.
