This role requires a seasoned software engineer to join our organization and contribute to the development of web-based systems and SAAS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions that meet our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality web-based systems and SAAS\
  • Develop new insights into the workplace experience and provide actionable recommendations\
  • Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance workflows\
  • Write clean, well-documented code to create new features and debug issues\
  • Provide expert-level code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are met\
  • Discuss ideas and collaborate on finding effective solutions to complex problems\
  • Estimate work, set goals, and meet them while prioritizing tasks effectively\
  • Develop project specifications, epics, and understand risks associated with each project\
  • Understand completion criteria and drive projects to completion\
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to more junior members of the team while continuously developing your own skills\
  • Connect to various data sources and provide insightful visualizations\
  • Design and architect databases for connected systems\
  • Develop new and improved working practices for the organization\
  • Provide tooling to support optimized processes\
