Job Description

The successful candidate will report to the Payroll Manager and be responsible for:

  • Full-function payroll processing across multiple pay cycles
  • Calculation and processing of Superannuation and Payroll Tax
  • Calculation and processing of backpays, leave entitlements, and employee entitlements
  • Processing of terminations and redundancies
  • Interpretation of Modern Awards and EBAs
  • Responding to payroll-related inquiries
  • Setting up and onboarding of new employees
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated experience in the position accountabilities
  • An exceptional eye for detail, time management skills, and ability to work to deadlines
  • You must be a strong problem solver with a "can-do" attitude
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

What We Offer

This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Eagle Farm with onsite parking. The attractive salary package includes a competitive annual salary estimated at $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
