We deliver high-quality Allied Health support nationwide to thousands of individuals with Occupational & Speech Therapy services.
As a skilled Speech Therapist, you will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide speech therapy services in schools, homes, and the local community.
Key responsibilities include managing an allocated caseload, delivering therapeutic services, using clinical observations and assessments to develop targeted treatment plans, providing evidence-based interventions, working collaboratively with the team, and staying informed about current legislation.

- Manage an allocated caseload effectively and complete therapeutic services on time
- Deliver essential speech therapy services to participants
- Use clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals tailored to each participant's needs
- Provide therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence and designed to help participants achieve their full potential
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Current certified practising membership with a relevant professional association
- Experience as a Speech Therapist beyond initial training
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage a diverse caseload efficiently
- Proactive attitude, motivated by continuous improvement and the opportunity to explore new ideas
