Job Title: SAP Ariba Consultant

Location: Melbourne

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent / Fixed Term contract

Experience Level: 8+ Years

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in SAP Ariba solutions, with a strong background in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Ariba modules. This role requires a deep understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design and Implementation:
   1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Ariba solutions to meet client requirements.
   2. Provide expert-level consultation services to clients in the area of SAP Ariba solutions.
   3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
2. Project Management:
   1. Manage project deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
   2. Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure the successful adoption of SAP Ariba solutions.
   3. Provide leadership in customer project implementations by offering subject matter expertise in source-to-pay processes.
3. Technical Expertise:
   1. Demonstrate functional and technical expertise in SAP Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, and Supplier Management.
   2. Guide and provide inputs for change management and long-term solution sustainability.
   3. Raise awareness for data quality and put remediation plans in place to address data-related issues.
4. Support and Maintenance:
   1. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Ariba solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
   2. Ensure system enhancements and bug fixes are implemented effectively.
   3. Act as a point of contact for functional queries regarding SAP Ariba software solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Ariba, with at least 2-3 full life-cycle implementation projects.
3. Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.
4. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
5. Functional knowledge of Source to Pay, procurement, and catalogue management software packages.
6. Experience with EDI/XML integrations between SAP S/4HANA and Ariba.
7. SAP Ariba certification is highly desirable.
