Vetting Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Vetting Manager to lead our team of Vetting Analysts, handling complex personal security clearance processes across various security levels.

  • Assess and process clearance cases with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure Personal Security Files (PSFs) meet stringent standards.
  • Manage a caseload effectively, balancing execution and coaching team members to achieve exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have extensive vetting experience in Government or similar high-security environments, including conducting face-to-face interviews as required by the clearance type. A minimum Negative Vetting Level 1 is essential, with opportunities to upgrade to Negative Vetting 2 as needed. A Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting) is also preferred.
