Prestige Beauty Retail Manager

We seek an inspirational retail leader to drive sales and operational targets, coaching a team of artists in prestige beauty. As a business planner and coach, you will develop talent and deliver results in a dynamic retail environment.

To excel in this role, key qualifications include:
- Proven retail management experience preferably within cosmetics
- Inspirational customer service skills
- Business planning skills including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
- Leadership experience with a proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Experience in creating and executing in-store events
- Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software
