We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Change Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of medium to large scale change initiatives.
About the Role- This role will involve supporting organisational change management activities required for new business systems, including integrations downstream to support internal platforms.
- You will utilise existing Organisational Change Management frameworks and tools to devise and execute 'fit-for-purpose' change, learning and communications plans.
- Design, manage and execute change activities across multiple initiatives, streams, or squads (e.g. Change Impact Assessments, Communication, Engagement, Learning, Reinforcement etc.) to support various change initiatives.
- You have 5+ years project and people engagement related change management experience – Mandatory; experience with Agile preferable.
- Proven experience in delivering Change, Communications and Learning activities for large-scale transformation or technology initiatives. Highly desirable is experience with enterprise resource planning systems.
