Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to build a career in early childhood education, working closely with children and families. With the support of our experienced team, you will be empowered to develop your skills and knowledge, leading to a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.

The successful candidate will be dedicated to creating a safe and engaging environment for children, while maintaining strong relationships with families and colleagues. As part of our team, you will actively contribute to the development of our education program and participate in ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and staff members
  • Complying with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with children and families
  • Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

To be eligible for this opportunity, candidates must not hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. Applicants who have completed a school-based certificate other than in childcare will still be considered. A permanent right to work in Australia is also required.
