As a Senior Bartender/Bar Staff member, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, managing reservations and function requests, guiding junior staff, and resolving customer complaints.
You will also prepare and serve drinks, manage various forms of customer interaction, and share your knowledge about Italian cuisine and wine with customers and other staff.
