Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking professional to spearhead our Client Services division.

About the Role

This position combines leadership acumen with direct client engagement, driving operational excellence and delivering top-notch service to key clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the client services team to provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Ensure delivery is provided to the highest standard using best practice processes.
  • Act as senior relationship manager for designated clients and build senior-level relationships within their organizations.
  • Liaise with other senior leaders to ensure effective working relationships between teams.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to ensure the team stays up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in client services with a strong background in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record in developing strategic relationships and working with senior executives.
  • Significant experience in client management and strategy development.
