Job Overview

The Data and Reporting Unit plays a critical role in analysing Scheme expenditure, detecting pricing anomalies, and tracking provider dynamics. We are seeking professionals to work on nationally significant initiatives, using data to inform policy, pricing decisions, and market performance strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy scalable data models to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute data collection and presentation strategies to support decision-making.
  • Deliver regular and ad hoc reports to inform policy and pricing decisions.
  • Maintain dashboards tracking market performance and pricing trends.
  • Engage with stakeholders to support project delivery and ensure timely completion.
  • Participate in data forums and contribute to data transformation initiatives.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills to extract insights from large datasets.
  • Experience working with data warehouses and proficiency in R, Python, Excel, SAS/SQL.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative team player with independent problem-solving ability.
  • Stakeholder engagement experience to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

At this level, you will lead a small team and oversee the delivery of analytical work that supports economic and pricing policy and market monitoring. This role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership, driving business outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
