About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team, providing in-home care services to our elderly customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized support services to enable seniors to live independently and safely in their own homes.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Transport clients to appointments, shopping, and social events.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support.
  • A current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle.
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
  • Flexibility to work varied rosters between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday.
