Job Title

Field Technician Installation Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering end-to-end installation of telecommunications networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver seamless service rectification and product installations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and install copper and fibre network technology, including fault finding and networking.
  • Manage Customer Premises Equipment for both consumer and business clients.
  • Perform fault finding in rural or remote copper networks.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Relevant licenses and qualifications, including Certificate III in Telecommunications, open cabling license, traffic management qualifications, and an industry white card.
  • Must hold and maintain a current driver's license.
  • Support for training on traffic management and white card certificates is available.
  • Vaccination against Covid-19 is required, with considerations for individual circumstances.
