**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a visionary Education Director to lead our educational programs and practices in an early childhood setting. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of young minds and contribute to the growth of our organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, as well as experience in leading change and championing excellence in educational practice. They will collaborate with educators to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead observations, reviews, and continuous improvement processes to enhance educational programs and practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents and the broader community to promote our values and philosophy
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the implementation of our strategic plan
Requirements:
  • Bachelor in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Teacher Accreditation (NESA)
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
