Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage regular vendor performance reviews and governance forums.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with approved service providers.
  • Oversee vendor compliance with contractual agreements, SLAs, and risk management frameworks.
  • Support operational teams with contract renewals, and vendor selection processes.
  • Review invoices and ensure billing accuracy against agreements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders on vendor performance and outcomes.

The successful candidate will have experience in vendor or third-party service management, strong relationship management skills, and a detail-oriented approach to monitoring performance and driving improvement. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our key service providers deliver services that align with standards and strategic goals.
