Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead testing activities across multiple projects.

This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that support our grants programs.

You will lead a team of manual and automation testers, define and implement test strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Your leadership will drive continuous improvement, uplift testing capability, and ensure robust quality assurance across the platform.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement test plans, master test plans, and quality gates
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define test coverage and estimate testing effort
  • Lead defect triage and risk assessment processes
  • Mentor and manage a team of testers across multiple projects
  • Foster a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Promote best practices and a growth mindset across the testing discipline
  • Support automation testers in building frameworks using EasyRepro and MSTest (C#)
  • Ensure integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
  • Evaluate and recommend tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage
  • Oversee functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing
  • Track and report test progress, defect metrics, and quality KPIs

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of testing experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET environments, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
