We are currently looking for a motivated and talented Test Lead to build our Canberra testing team. In this role you will work collaboratively with a team of highly experienced software testers and developers from around the world on core technologies and critical real-time systems that drive the oneZero platform.

**Required Skills**:
5-8 years of software testing experience.

General Windows OS expertise.

A high degree of technical competence.

Advanced understanding of SDLC concepts

Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

The ability to create and maintain well-documented test plans for future reuse with a broad spectrum of products

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Additional Skills**:
Additional experience in any of the following will be highly regarded.

Understanding of trading lifecycle.

Understanding of portfolio or financial risk management

Knowledge of multiple financial asset classes.

Coding/Scripting experience
