Job Summary

The Lease Administration Specialist supports the team with data management, invoice processing, and data preparation for client budgets.

Responsibilities:
  • Upload executed lease documents to relevant systems
  • Complete lease obligation summaries
  • Maintain document registers, security deposits, and insurance registers
  • Generate and review draft expenditure rent rolls, flagging exceptions
  • Prepare funding requests and analyze landlord payment inquiries
  • Process payments, purchase orders, and perform charge reconciliations
  • Manage lease and budget data, including rent rolls and aged debt reports
  • Coordinate sub-tenant COIs and support lease expiry reconciliations
  • Maintain lease registers and validate lease file completeness
  • Prepare market briefs for new sites and validate lease data prior to renewals
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years experience in Finance (Accounts Payable/Receivable) preferred
  • Experience in Real Estate lease administration or data management, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Strong data management, organizational, and time management skills
