Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in operations within our rail terminal, including outdoor vehicle movements.
  • Operate forklifts and gantry cranes as required.
  • Perform shunting and train inspection tasks related to train arrivals, departures, and preparation.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of trains and equipment during operational activities.
  • Maintain security and cleanliness throughout the designated work area.
  • Adhere to Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standards and responsibilities.

Collaboration is essential, as our Terminal Specialists coordinate, plan, and efficiently manage the assembly and disassembly of trains within the terminal. Our teams work cohesively to ensure timely departures.

About You:

You are dedicated to safety, ensuring all operational tasks are executed according to safety protocols while remaining vigilant in a dynamic work environment. You possess the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities, working effectively within a team to meet deadlines and fulfill customer expectations. Enjoying outdoor work and the work-life balance that shift work provides is essential.

Additionally, you will need the following qualifications and experience:

  • Valid LF license (Forklift).
  • A gantry crane license is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to fostering a safety-oriented culture.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced 24/7 shift environment with flexibility and dedication.
  • Excellent communication skills and a focus on teamwork.
  • Possess a current motor vehicle license and demonstrate good mechanical skills.
