The Contract Administrator role is a crucial part of the Sales & Commercial team, responsible for administering and monitoring contracts, assisting with sales pipeline management, and coordinating key business activities.
This position ensures agreements and related documentation are reviewed, processed, and maintained accurately, facilitating communication between commercial and technical teams. Effective contract management and compliance are also critical aspects of this role.
About the Role
- Supporting the Sales & Commercial Manager and Business Development team with contract administration and associated administrative duties.
- Coordinating trade shows and events, including supplier liaison and internal team collaboration.
- Leading the coordination of CRM implementation and maintenance to record and monitor contractual and sales activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Strong knowledge of contract administration practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across commercial, technical, and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing agreements and legal documentation.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
