Business Development

This role offers the opportunity to step into a sales environment that is anything but ordinary.

As a Business Development Representative, you will work across various event and meeting solutions, with the chance to experience different days and client conversations.

The ideal candidate for this position will be able to build confidence and gain experience in a supportive, fast-paced environment, especially if transitioning careers or starting in sales.

You will focus on the Federal Government sector, with an enormous pool of untapped prospects and interesting buyers.

A key aspect of this role is managing your own portfolio of government clients, while working closely with the Commercial Director – Strategic Market Development to uncover new opportunities and drive business growth.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Identify new leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into tangible opportunities
  • Develop quotes and proposals tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director and Marketing team on campaign strategies and outreach initiatives
  • Manage your own pipeline and track activity within our CRM system

Requirements for success include strong communication skills, 2+ years of outbound sales or business development experience, and a willingness to think creatively about how to reach clients.
