Job Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our testing efforts and ensure the highest quality of our applications.

Main Responsibilities

  • Direct and lead a team of Test Leads and Test Analysts, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.
  • Manage multiple onshore and offshore test teams across large projects or programs of work, guiding them in QA and testing activities.
  • Proactively plan test resources demand for future work and make recommendations to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Identify skills and resource gaps and participate in sourcing adequate resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to shift testing to the left to uncover early defects and reduce defects in later phases of testing.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience and demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating a team of professionals.
  • Experience in leading QA and test deliverables for multiple releases, projects, and programs.
  • Experience with test automation technologies and outsourced testing arrangements.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT/Computer Science-related discipline.
