The Desktop Support Officer (Part-time) will play a critical role in ensuring optimal service delivery by providing timely and accurate assistance to end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot computer OS/peripherals issues
  • Manage hardware and software installations, including deployment tools like SCCM
  • Provide printer support and install MS Office tools
  • Offer excellent customer service and possess strong people skills
  • Collaborate with the team to manage time and resources effectively

Requirements:

  • At least two of the following certifications: PC Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification, CompTIA A+ Certification, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area, or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification
  • 1 year of relevant experience, with freshers and IT students also welcome
