Corporate Secretary Role Overview

This role involves assisting with corporate secretarial matters and legal entity board governance issues for multiple entities in Australia, South-East Asia and Singapore.

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English and proficiency in one or more Southeast Asian languages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with corporate secretarial matters and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare relevant documentation and processes in relation to the appointment/resignation of Board Directors and company officers.
  • Lodge regulatory filings as required.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the Corporate Secretary and governance landscape.
About the Team

Candidates will work closely with dedicated and skilled Group Legal colleagues in Australia and be a member of the APAC Corporate Secretary team.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more Southeast Asian languages
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
