Pastoral Care Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to fill the role of Leader of Pastoral Care at our school. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, staff, and parents to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.

The successful applicant will have a strong commitment to Catholic education and a proven track record of leading and developing teams to achieve excellent outcomes. You will be responsible for implementing and evaluating pastoral care programs, working closely with teachers and staff to ensure the well-being and academic success of all students.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will also need to be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving shared goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading and developing the pastoral care team to achieve excellent outcomes
  • Implementing and evaluating pastoral care programs to promote student well-being and academic success
  • Working closely with teachers and staff to ensure the well-being and academic success of all students
  • Building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including students, parents, and staff
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to achieve shared goals and objectives
