Visual Merchandiser

Job Description:

The role of Visual Merchandiser is crucial for enhancing the in-store brand experience by ensuring clear product navigation and a seamless customer journey. This position involves implementing and customising global visual merchandising guidelines to suit local markets, while also driving consistency of visual presentation through coaching and training store teams and district managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adapt and implement global creative visual merchandising elements.
  • Execute appealing and eye-catching visual displays, including window, signs, interior, and floor plans, that lead the customer through the entire store and for promotional events.
  • Provide ticketing for all spa artwork, promotional artwork, campaign price ticketing, and create, print, and deliver grid wall panel, category header, step display.
  • Print and distribute all A3/A5/A4 tickets or strutted cards.
  • Work with marketing to deliver all ticketing for department stores through their portals and provide this to National Pharmacy where relevant.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create dynamic Hot Spots in department stores, including floor decals, towers, and any other elements.
  • Monitor competitors and conduct regular analysis of lifestyle, demographics, and design trends.
Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandiser with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have awareness of latest luxury retail and cosmetics trends, strong organisational skills, ability to work independently, and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
