Job Title: Visual Merchandiser

The role of a Visual Merchandiser is pivotal in creating an enhanced in-store brand experience by ensuring clear product navigation and a seamless customer journey.

About the Position:

This is a hybrid based role, working 3 days per week in our Sydney office and 2 days from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for adapting and implementing global visual merchandising guidelines to suit local markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adapt and implement global creative visual merchandising elements to engage customers effectively.
  • Execute visually appealing and eye-catching displays (window, signs, interior & floor plans) that guide the customer through the entire store and for promotional events.
  • Provide timely and accurate ticketing for all spa artwork (Menu, Offers etc.), promotional artwork, campaign price ticketing.
  • Create, print and deliver high-quality grid wall panels, category headers, step displays.
  • Print and distribute A3/A5/A4 tickets or strutted cards efficiently.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver all ticketing for department stores through their portals and providing this to National Pharmacy where relevant.
  • Work with marketing to create dynamic Hot Spots in department stores including floor decals, towers and any other elements.
  • Drive consistency of visual presentation by coaching and training store teams/District Managers during periodic store visits across ANZ sales channels.
  • Conduct regular analysis of competitors and monitor lifestyle, demographics and design trends.
