Contact Centre Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in contact centre operations and technology implementation to support the delivery of various projects and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, effective project management skills, and highly developed communication skills (written and verbal).
Main Responsibilities- Supporting planning, change management, and performance improvement initiatives
- Delivering business analysis, UAT, and implementation for centre optimisation and workforce planning projects
- Overseeing data collection, analysis, and modelling of performance statistics to inform business case development and drive operational efficiencies
- Managing IVR platform and marketing messages in liaison with stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience working as a business analyst (3+ years)
- Effective project management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
