Job Description:

In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all areas of centre operations.

Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, build respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and engage actively with local community networks.

  • Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership position is highly desirable. A Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification is essential.
