Automation Specialist

We are seeking an Automation Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the performance and reliability of our control systems, leading automation projects, and supporting operations in real-time.

• Safety Champion - Ensure compliance with site and company-wide standards.
• Automation Expert - Own the site's control systems and automation infrastructure.
• Project Leader - Develop and implement automation strategies to improve production performance.
• Cross-functional Collaborator - Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Asset Care teams.
• Problem Solver - Support real-time issue resolution and breakdown rectification.
• Tech Advocate - Stay up-to-date with emerging automation technologies and equipment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• Experience working in automation or controls engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of control systems, instrumentation, SCADA, PLCs, and automation standards.
• Proven skills in process improvement, project management, and implementing reliability strategies.
