Systems Integration Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Controls and Automation Engineer to lead our automation systems to the next level. This newly created role will oversee the performance and reliability of our control systems, drive site automation projects, support operations in real time, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency.

• Safety first – Champion safety protocols in all aspects of automation work and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Automation expert – Develop and maintain site control systems and automation infrastructure aligned with best practices.
• Project leadership – Scope, develop, and implement automation strategies to boost production performance.
• Cross-functional collaboration – Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Asset Care teams to design and embed reliability plans.
• Problem-solving pro – Support real-time issue resolution and breakdown rectification to ensure uninterrupted beer production.
• Tech advocate – Stay current on emerging automation technologies and equipment, and serve as the subject matter expert for our preferred platforms.

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong experience working in automation or controls engineering roles, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of control systems, instrumentation, SCADA, PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell), and automation standards.
• Proven skills in process improvement, project management, and implementing reliability strategies.
