Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with international quality requirements and maintain our exceptional quality systems.
- Follow regulatory requirements, corporate quality standards, local standard operating procedures, and policies.
- Support the practical application of various risk assessment tools and update SOPs, work instructions, and test records as required.
- Accurately use the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and perform aseptic aliquoting of bulk samples.
- Participate in QC laboratory housekeeping and lead the implementation of new equipment and processes.
- Degree in Science or equivalent experience.
- Specific knowledge of bio-pharmaceutical processes, pharmaceutical guidelines, and principles of Good Manufacturing Practice.
- Proven record of ability to work as a team member and independently.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and take proactive measures to accomplish objectives aligned with company goals.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
