Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing reliable analytics, actionable insights, and partnering with the business to drive financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial planning models to ensure efficient and accurate forecasting.
  • Support the finance function during financial plan development and reporting processes to meet agreed requirements.
  • Challenge business assumptions to strategize and drive financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build reporting, KPIs, and dashboards, incorporating both financial and non-financial metrics.
  • Collaborate within Group Finance and with wider business units to provide relevant inputs for their reporting deliverables.
  • Conduct deep dives into operating expenses to understand cost drivers, major vendor spend, and identify opportunities for efficiency and savings.
