Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled draftsperson to join our team and contribute to the production of sales-related concepts and manufacturing drawings.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with the sales team in our corporate head office, supporting them in all aspects of drafting. This includes creating designs for both sales-related concepts and manufacturing drawings that are suitable for production.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to take on increased challenge, responsibility, and the chance to introduce new ideas. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

  • Support the sales team in drafting to produce sales-related concepts and manufacturing drawings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to visit sites and gather necessary measurements for manufacturing drawings.
  • Utilize 3D drafting skills using Faro laser scanning equipment to produce accurate and detailed drawings.
  • Possess strong computer skills around the Microsoft Office suite and be able to manage time effectively.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum five years of drafting experience.
  • Experience with Inventor software.
  • Piping experience highly regarded.
  • Experienced in 3D drafting using Faro laser scanning equipment; highly regarded.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess strong computer skills around the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
