Property Consultant Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in connecting top international talent with exceptional properties in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and compile property information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging property materials, showcasing the best features of each property.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulations, providing expert advice to clients and colleagues alike.
  • Conduct property valuations and viewings, utilizing your expertise to match clients with their ideal properties.
  • Negotiate with clients, leveraging your excellent communication skills to secure successful deals.
  • Work closely with colleagues to monitor sales and lettings progress, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular care calls, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

As a Property Consultant, you will also collaborate with various stakeholders, including banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, and other real estate agencies, to ensure seamless transaction processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • A positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Smart business attire is required at all times.
  • Ability to work professionally, adhere to high standards, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Punctuality and a commitment to contributing to the company's growth and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • UK/UAE driving license and access to a vehicle (alternative arrangements can be made).
