Your Role

Your role will be pivotal in managing the packaging development process for various projects, ensuring that we meet our sustainability goals while maintaining product integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the packaging development initiatives for marketing innovation and renovation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement packaging solutions that are functional, safe, and environmentally responsible.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of technical specifications, including sustainability metrics.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in packaging materials, design, and emerging technologies.

Your Profile
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sustainability and innovation. You should have approximately 5 years of experience in packaging development, ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams are essential.
